     "An Act relating to a refined fuel surcharge; relating to the motor                                                        
     fuel tax; relating to a qualified dealer license; and providing for an

amendment to CSHB 158(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 158(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote yes.
